Blessmarked Real Estates Network Marketing Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Network Marketing Referral Program ("Program") operated by Blessmarked Real Estates ("Company").
1.2 By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 The Program is open to individuals and entities capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.
2.3 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate.

3. Registration

3.1 To participate, you must register for the Program through the Company's website.
3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

4. Referral Process

4.1 Participants will receive a unique referral link or code upon registration.
4.2 Referrals must use this link or code to qualify for the Program.
4.3 Referrals are valid only if they result in a completed purchase of land from the Company.

5. Referral Rewards

5.1 The Company offers rewards for each successful referral. The reward amount and structure are detailed on the Program's page.
5.2 Rewards are paid only after the referred purchase is finalized and the cooling-off period, if applicable, has passed.
5.3 Rewards will be issued via either bank transfer, mobile payment or cheque.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Participants may not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
